I am about to do the same in order to teach it to some Australian high school students. If I find any good websites, I'll p them on to you. It would be a good idea to watch the Richard Burton/Elizabeth Taylor film version (rent it as a video) if you haven't already done so. Perhaps watch it before you read the play, then again after reading it. In my teaching I will also be contrasting Shakespeare's play with the recent teen film "10 Things I hate About You" - a film inspired by Shakespeare's text, but one in which the female heroine Kate is presented in a more modern social context.
