The world is nothing but an act put on for show; it is the setting, the stage, and we are the players, the people playing out what happens in our lives. Because we have our exits and our entrances we have our births and our deaths.
As said earlier, the stages start with being born as a baby, then we grow into a school boy, thus it continues: falling in love, soldier, senior person in service, old man, and senile old man. The lines:
Last scene of all
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.
If altered it can be more understood as:
Last scene of all ends this strange eventful history, It is second childishness and mere oblivion, without teeth, without eyes, without taste, without everything.
Meaning, death is as being born or it could mean the second stage which was a school boy. It is just the same; you cannot see, you don't have teeth, you feel like crap. When it says you cannot see, you're young and do not fully understand life, but when you get older you miss out on it. You loose teeth when you grow, and your taste changes, etc. Then again, this is just my interpretation.
