i don't think so.
i just give an example that doesn't have anything to do with time.
for example god says you can drink wine and it has no harm(just an example) and then later he says no!!! wine is not good ,wine is harmfull and don't drink it.
does it seem logical that god changes his mind about wine?????
is it related to time(of course not).
