The legal question I have is:
Can an adult child over the age of 21 sue for back child support?

I'm a paralegal student researching this topic for a term paper and desperately need your expertise.
One site told me that they think if the adult child is attending school they can sue up to the age of 25. If you know that to be true could you possibly site some cases to help further my research? Any imput you have would be a huge help.
