Granted that the Super computer - Biological computers model is only tentative.
We hear, read and write so much about "Mind".
What is it? Is it to be supposed to be same as the brain or is it different?
Why is it that no neurosurgeon has been able to locate it and show its location pin-pointedly?
As we know, there can be psusiological disorders connected with the brain or psychological disorders as evaluated with reference to the norms and acceptable thrsholds of variations from such norms of human behavior. Neither prove the existence of something called "mind" which probably referes to our intuitive feeling "I", which is fundmental and prior to any other thought.Every organ and every cell appear to have their own mind as they are able to respond, monitor and repair or heal intelligently by themselves. Is "Mind" located in a single point or a limited area or permeated throughout the psysiology of the body-brain system?
This does not mean that I conclude that there is nothing called mind. I just wonder how you would handle this ytically.
In my limited understanding, dissecting the body-brain parts of a roach for example and reembling them would not make it come alive again. Similarly, any ysis of "body-mind" does not mean much. In comparison, perceptions of Stephen Jouradin, for example (he is a living sage in France - Refer " Radical Awakening") or What Dr Brain L. Weiss has written in "Many Lives Many Masters" - ring a bell deep down somewhere.
All existing theories and models are somewhat tentative, with umptions and approximations and pre-supposed initial conditions, whether it is science or philosophy.
I think that if scintists are trying to have a glimpse at the TRuth at plus infinity, the philosophers are doing the same at the other end, minus infinity. In the meanwhile, a few saints and prophets here and there, now and then, just manage to do it, as if watching a peep show at the origin (0,0,0,0), being able to perceive a few facets of a dynamic reality of the same Truth!
