Of course it's true that nothing is more or less valuable than anything else. Good and evil are simple relative terms with no ability to describle absolute reallity. Buddhism arrives at the same conclusion, admitting that it is useless to grasp at happiness, and flee from pain. All experiences are equall, and neutral. The Buddha suggested that all opinions and views be obliterated and that one simply be accutely mindfull and aware in the present moment without judgement and without desiring this or that. The end result is liberation from suffering, though as a nihilist, I must admit that suffering is no better or worse than non-suffering.
