You know, it just seems that Descartes came up with one influential phrase, which in turn doesnt even make all that much sence.
He suggests that he exsists because I thought.
But if he is philisophical enough to question his existance then, wouldn't it dawn on him that maybe he thought because something that does exsist told him that he thought.
For example: We tell a computer to decipher mive codes. This could be enternalized as thinkng, could it not. So does the computer exsist in the sence that we beleive we exsist.
Which brings me to another question.
It seems as though we are asking the wrong ones.
We should be asking what do we mean by exsist. What is it to exsist?
