You most likely need to replace the drive chains. a set cost me about $200 in 1996. See if you can find Old Elmer's from Lapeer, MI. There was also a website for a Canadian firm that had the parts. The instructions were on the web at one time. I found them about a year after I did the . If i find the page I will let you know.
