I recently purchased a 1970 wards seaking boat with a 35 hp motor. when i puchased it i was told it needed a starter, but it just needed to be sanded alittle because the brushes could not turn and make contact. Anyways it is in fairly good condition and now all that won't work is the prop won't turn. The motor runs suprizingly well. Any ideas about what could be the problem would be really appreciated.
