: i am searching for justice. i was arrested in va,on misdermeanor/ault and battery.i moved to ia in march with my fionce,he was transferred to va,i went to see a public defender and he thought my case was a bit out of the ordinary.he suggested i make a verbal complaint with the leesburg chief of police and first find an attorney.well i searched for a attorney noone wanted to deal with my case because of the officers reputation it was convincing this officer is very revengeful.i called the state of a bar ociation and reffered me to this last attorney that left me more upset my eyes filled with tears .i am now convinced ,i am not liked down here and the treament i got it wasnt because of me committing a crime i have not ever been convicted of a crime,and not knowing anyone down in va,accept my fionce they posted a 30,000 dollar bond .well this attorney 2 minutes into the conversation paused and asked me if i was from up north.i said yes he said newyork.i said yes ,he paused again not being shocked at all ,i replied you dont like newyorkers he said he hated them ,said there is probaly not a lawyer in va,that would take my case,cause first off i am living with my fionce and southern bells will frown on me and they will laugh me out of court,and think i was just a trouble maker from newyork,he said for me to go on the internet and write to the va,governor,the mayor and to the town paper that way someone would listen to me and not know i am from newyork,there is so much detail to this case but,justice will not be served and i cannot fight cityhall... thanks to anyone who listened i guess you can say i am crying out,but it is sad noone is listening,and noone cares.
