Atentamente,
Abogado Paolo Consoni
Gentlemen :
Present.
The fact is that in recent date I acquired (in Venezuela) a work of art (painting to the oil), valued by a house of auctions with headquarters in New York in a price of 60.000 $. This purchase was trusted it a certificate of authenticity emitted by that same mercantile signature. Later to this acquisition the same house of auctions, but in their headquarters in Venezuela communicates me that the mentioned painting is not authentic, and to such an effect they write on the original certificate, this new fact, with the rising patrimonial loss that for me this implies.
The person that sold me the work refuses to return the 60.000 $, since I had demanded him as condition to buy it that took it to certify to that company, where indeed he made it, in such a way that the salesperson had to travel to New York, to fulfill my conditions, and it was based on this certification that I made the acquisition.
It is for that reason that I would like that you studied this case, to determine its possibilities of success, if the demand was made in New York and not in Venezuela.
If the case is of your interest, please write to me to know, as well as all the necessary details for me also to be formed a juridical approach in this respect.
Sincerely,
Lawyer Paolo Consoni
