Dicha compra la hice confiado en un certificado de autenticidad emitido por esa misma firma mercantil. Posterior a esta adquisición la misma casa de subastas, pero en su sede en Venezuela, me comunica que la mencionada pintura no es auténtica, y a tal efecto escriben sobre el certificado original. Este nuevo hecho, con la consiguiente pérdida patrimonial que para mi esto implica. : La persona que me vendió la obra se niega a devolverme los 60.000 $, ya que yo le había exigido como condición para comprarla que la llevara a certificar a esa empresa, donde efectivamente lo hizo, de tal forma que el vendedor tuvo que viajar a Nueva York, para plir con mis condiciones, y fue basado en esta certificación que yo hice la adquisición. : Es por eso que me gustaría que estudiaran este caso, para determinar sus posibilidades de éxito, si el reclamo se hiciera en Nueva York y no en Venezuela. : Si el caso es de su interés, por favor haganmelo saber, así como todos los detalles necesarios para yo también formarme un criterio jurídico al respecto. : Atentamente, : Abogado Paolo Consoni : Next I write in English.
