: Last year, awoman who lived next door, who at the time was separated from an officer in my town obtained a order of protection against me - I had a witness that I wasn't even outside and the one responding officer never questioned me. this woman got an arrest # for me which no has been erased from computer but still in the Counties computer w/ a seal. the order was vacated due to her son telling the truth that i wasn't even outside. this all happened because her live in boyfriend who along w/ the officers wife have histories of haring and threatening people- grabbed his crotch infront of six underage children on my property and she tried to make me look like a bad person and all along the police treated me like a criminal. The inernal affairs is investigating case. I don't want trouble but this man has bothered 5 woman- two of us when he had an active order of protection against himself which the precinct knew and every woman who had problem were handled by the officer husbands same police team. what do you think ? I feel i should be compensated for damages. These people posted the order in public places in my town.
