All you have to do to help is write upbeat, bright letters or cards, following the guidelines Love Letters sets, and send them in to Love Letters, Inc. They will then forward the letters to children who are very very sick. They do not send Get Well cards because these little ones might NEVER get well. But the mail they get from anonymous people every 5-7 days cheers up their day a little bit. If writing letters isn't your thing, they also are looking for donations of postage stamps.
