Have you tried looking at todays mordern education system and the way in which it compares to Aristophanes 'thinkery?' The fact that students are paying for an indoctrination in the form of education is similar to the modern world. Also you could question what Aristophanes is trying to prove with Clouds, considering it didn't win 1st prize when he first produced it and the existing copy we have is his revised version. How much of Aristophanes is in the leader of the chorus?
