I was very pleased to notice it was not a paysite like so often, in fact the idea is really good and the result very efficient… moreover for collectors in lack of money.
I seize the opportunity of this contribution about Mickeyland to run an ad : has anybody in his collection the Parsifal recorded 1986 in Chicago (Vickers, Troyanos, Perick conducting) in its entire ? Even Mickey couldn’t find anything but the second CD… Same question about the last 2 days and the prolog of the Ring recorded 1967 at the Colon : I got on Mickeyland the Walküre (Jones, Martell, Nilsson, Ward, Leitner cond.) in a convenient stereo sound, but the other parts only in bad MP3 (64 KBPS !). I am interested too in anything with Anja Silja or Ludwig Suthaus. Wilfried (frederic507@aol.com)
