There are a lot of similarities between Stravinsky and Rimsky-Korsakov as Rimsky-Korsakov taught Stravinsky.
A prime example of this is in the last movement of the Golden erel Suite by Rimsky-Korsakov at Allegro alla Marcia compared with "The Games of the Rival Tribes" from the first half of the Rite of Spring.
These two pieces were only written seven or eight years apart and the Cello part and the melody on top are so similar, it's unbelievable.
Also, Rimsky-Korsakov taught Glazunov and Respighi, too.
The third movement from Glazunov's "From the Middle Ages", the troubador's serenade, is very similar to the opening of Respighi's Fountains of Rome.
The Firebird is more similar to Glazunov and Rimsky-Korsakov.
In the second or third movement from the firebird suite, there is the same Russian folk song as in Rimsk-Korsakov's Sinfonietta.
Anyway, there's a few of my observations. Stephen.
