: For anyone interested in the music of Rameau, there is a set of six chamber works called the "pieces de clavecin en concerts" - they are written for harpsichord, violin, and viola da gamba, but unlike baroque trio sonatas, the keyboard has the main part, and the two string parts are the accompaniment - thus they are the first works of this kind, leading to similar works written throughout the Clical period. : Also, the first movement of the "quatrieme concert" is practically a Sonata form before it's time! : Orlando R
