: I'm looking for a recording of the Mahler 10 with Kurt Sanderling and the Berlin Symphony. Any ideas. Doug

Dear Sir,

The recording you are looking for can be obtained from Berlin Clics (division of Edel Clics GmbH), and it bears the number 0094422BC. You probably know this already, but this is a recording that is more than worthwhile the effort to get hold of it. Sound (ogue, but good for its time (1979)) and interpretation are very good to my taste. Very involved playing and conducting. The sound is nicely full and the recording is direct. (At the beginning of the final movement, there is a little glitch in the rising tuba motif, but this does not disturb my listening pleasure much). So, by any means, do try to obtain this recording!

Hoping to have been of any help to you,

Greetings,

John.
