I know it has been a long time since you posted your question...

but the song you are looking for is generally attributed to Handel, even though he probably didn't write it.

One version of it (Dank sie dir, Herr) is included in:
45 arias from operas and oratorios Volume III / Handel ; selected and edited by Sergius Kagen ; literal line by line translations into English by Nicholas Granitto and Waldo Lyman.
