: : Could someone direct me to the opera that this aria hails from? Thanks!
: I don't think there ever was an opera. It is an "art song" therefore aria. Arias are not always from operas. That what I've been told. Hope that helps, Jutta
Currently I'm learning this song for my voice lessons and I'm abolutley in love with it. I can't tell you the name of it now, it's on my other score sheets that I wrote it on and that isn't here at home with me. But I do know what the song is about and things such as that if you would like to know that. I can probably get you the name of the opera within this week. If you'd like, email me and I'll get it to you. -Gary
