Only one? Most of his works are dramatic in nature. And when you speak of death, most of his works sing of it or at least hint at the possibility.

But several pieces come to mind. One is a setting of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Bells" for chorus and orchestra. Another is "The Isle of the Dead," a powerful tone poem written just before the Third Piano Concerto. And finally, there's the Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, for which Rachmaninoff himself once suggested a possible ballet scenario. There's even his once-ubiquitous Prelude in C# Minor.
