My brother has been painting quite a bit lately. And I find it interesting how each of us sees so differently.

My brother has a lot of catching up to do in art. He has the potential of detail like whay you do, he spent a number of years doing realism and has an eye for it, but he also spent a number of years drawing comics. The two have made an impression on him, and they effect how he "sees".

I think, and I'm probably stating the obvious here, that a person is really affected by the habits picked up in childhood, good or bad. I think he needs to keep going, I say this earnestly for anyone. Acctually I think he is doing better in poetry than I, to his credit.

But your heads seem to carry your experience in realism, which is a much better habit than carrying comics into ones "eye".
