: No, don't read the book of mormon. The Holy Bible is the true Word of God. The Mormon religion is a cult and does not agree with the bible, nor can it's beleifs co-exist with the teachings of the scriptures. Compare what the Mormons teach about Jesus Christ with what the Bible teaches and you can see it plain. What you believe and accept about Christ will determine your place in eternity. Beware of cults such as the Mormons and Jahovah's Witnesses and any others who deviate from the Word of God as revealled in the Holy Bible.
