In Chapter 5, Alice eats of the mushroom and find her neck grown so long that she is high above a forest and it appears as they were a sea of green leaves far below.

It is reasonable to suppose that her head was somehting like a hundred feet higher than the leaves on the trees.

Since the tree may have been 50 feet tall, you can imagine that the total height she attained could easily be 150 feet. But, to be conservative, you could knock 50 feet off of that. Or to be adventurist, you could add 100 feet onto that. So, you can say that 100 feet to 250 feet would have been her maximum height.
