I am writing a book on the sign of Jonah. I don't know the answer to your question but do want to know what Amittai means. My thesis in my book is that the themes of the book of jonah can play out in current events as a sign to the Jewish people that this is the end of time where they will be redeemed as a nation. Gath-Hepher, meaning wine press well, the fountain opened for uncleaness in Zechariah, the pomegranites on the columns in the temple, these are all images of the blood of Yeshua Jesus I believe.
