I have read your ideas with interest.
I believe that Hosea is a Jewish Prophet responding to Jewish problems as he saw them in his time of history.......difficult time and impending doom of Israel.....and in the process worked out a New Amendment to the Covenant of Moses.....perhaps of value to discuss.......I also believe that his thundering ravings of Israel's waywardness has become attractive to Christianity within their theological perspective as relevant to their own experience......However, that was not his original intent and may be taken out of historical context.......your opinons most welcome.....Hank Citron
