: I see Hosea as the most important figure of his day. It is he who established a new amendment of the original Covenant with Israel. It is agreed by G-d that He will follow Israel into exile and never forsake them even after the nation has been destoyed. Clearly, he has amended the Covenant of Moses in a new and more dramatic way which will impact in the next 2500 years of exile. : I would welcome any reactions or views on this thesis.......Thanks in advance...Dr. Hank Citron
