I re-read all of the "earth's children" books just before this new one came out. I feel like this latest on is a review of the others. I was very dissappointed in the book, shelters of stone. I waited for 12 years to read it and I pray I don't have to wait another 12 for the next one only to be dissappointed with it also. I know a lot of research has gone into these books, but did she have to discribe EVERY weed, rock, cave, etc. in order to make the book's context longer, because it certainly didn't add much to the story line. Come on, Jean, you can do better. Let us have the finishing story SOON.
