After talking to some ppl, all I know is that you might get it dismissed by a good laywer but that would run you around $2000 and the possibilities of that are about 10%. It might not be worth the cost after all, the fine would probably be only a couple of hundred. From what I hear, you can get the charge expunged from your record later on down the road...after your community service and stuff and after a year or two. That just means that the label of Misdemeanor is removed from your record but you'll always have an arrest record that only police can see. I don't know how that applies if you get a second offense after that thou. But I'm just as worried but I think most of us will never do that again and it was a stupid mistake that we all make once in a while. just some of us get caught...=(
