: Violationg the Bill of Rights seems to be trendy these days. Janet Reno has commited several actions, using law enforcement agencies to attack the American populace. How long will it take till the military joins in the fight? Look at Somalia, Haiti, Kosovo and Bosnia. Soldiers conduct raids on the populace to disarm in hopes of peace. Has it worked yet? NO! The issue with Elian Gonzalez is not what it seems. The use of force was designed to see how much the government can get away with while maintaining public approval. The government MUST have a healthy fear of it's people or it will be ultimately corrupted. You parents out there, do you fear the school system? Can you leave for a vacation when you want without their approval? Do they teach your children to be part of the school team? Is there a push to let kids divorce their parents? Are the PHD's pushing repressed memories on your kids? Why do we have to fear the governmet and it's systems, they are there to serve us. Do you want the federal governmet to mandate to your towns laws and regulations? I think our local government is enough to serve us, they act as the liason to the next higher level and so on. The federal government has three functions; 1 maintain secure borders, 2 conduct liason work between foreign governmets, and 3 to keep unity between the states. It presently is seizing power from the subserviant governments. Let me leave you with this. All governments gone wayward have completed the same tactics, dissarm the populace, conduct unlawfull search and seizures, and influence the mind of the younger populace through a naive concept of propaganda.
